6 months:
– Continue to actively contribute as part of the SDC team
– Expand your knowledge of all things ESD

12 months:
– Be proficient and confident in the delivery of ESD projects
– Have gained project experience and knowledge across a variety of building types

Work how you work best, where you work best.
SDC’s effective 75 hour working fortnight means you have flexibility around working 9 or 10 days per fortnight, as well as the hours worked each day and start and finish times.

Our bright, open-plan metro Melbourne office is located in the heart of Camberwell – close to public transport, central to a vast array of amenities and with on-site parking and end of trip facilities also available.

Hybrid working is also on offer once you’ve developed capability to work independently, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote working.
